Refund policy

Payments are not open yet. This is the policy that will apply when they are.

Failed videos

If a render fails or times out on our side, the video pass or credits go back to your account automatically. You do not need to ask.

Finished videos

Because each video costs us real compute, finished videos are not refundable just for taste: please use the free preview first. If a video is clearly broken (frozen, silent, wrong length, no lip motion), email us within 14 days with the video link and we will re-render it or refund you.

Unused credits

Unused packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
